Purchased a service for 3 rooms to have the carpet cleaned in early March 2020. They canceled my appointment understandibly because of covid 19. I called and rescheduled for December of 2020 and they did not show up. I called again, and they refused to honor the Groupon.I would not recommend doing business with this company.
This will be the only carpet cleaner I will be using going forward!! Sean is a beast on the carpet!! He was able to get stains out that I thought were permanent. He is punctual, friendly, communicates very well and most importantly honest!
I called with questions, and Sean offered a free quote. We made the appointment, and prepped our place just in case he was able to clean our carpets today. So, then, we waited....waiting..the appointment time came and went. When we called to find out his ETA.. he said "something came up". He could've called first. We aren't using this service. I'm glad I didn't purchase the Groupon first!
I just had my carpets cleaned by Sean. He was great and very professional. He arrived on time and did an excellent job at the agreed price. This isn't just some vacuum you can rent from the grocery store. He has a professional cleaner mounted in his vehicle. I couldn't have done as good of a job as he did. If I ever need my carpets cleaned again I'll be using Professional Carpet Cleaning!
