Just literally moved in to a 2 bdr apartment. We noticed an odor coming from the carpet in both rooms. We contacted Professional carpet & tile cleaning. I’m glad we did! I had gone on Nextdoor to find a carpet cleaner. My phone blew up with quotes. Then, I miss received a phone call from this company, they were willing to answer questions and said they could be here the next day, I chose 2xdays at 10. Anthony called me to let me know he was on his way and was right on time. He was in uniform, professional and set up quickly. He cleaned all 3 rooms and they look amazing! I’m super pleased with the exemplary service! Highly recommend them.

I had my wall-to-wall carpet in my master bedroom cleaned, and an area rack and my living room. There were some protein spots that I couldn’t get out and they came out beautifully. I also appreciated the cones that he put around the corners of my baseboard and wall to protect them from the hose nice touch very nice job thank you so much. It smells fabulous too. Highly recommend.
I was quoted by a few companies and the cost was outrageous. I called on a Friday night after seeing reviews online and left a voicemail. I received a text back promptly from Nick with a quote and schedule within the short timeframe I had available. Anthony came out and was on time and did an amazing job! I was worried about some areas in the house but he exceeded my expectations. I would definitely call them back out and highly recommend! Excellent service and communication is unmatched!
