4 years and very satisfied. This time especially I was extremely impressed with Carlos’s willingness to work so hard to remove tea stain from my carpet. There was a giant patch. We had tried baking powder, soda, vinegar, carpet spot remover. We also steam vacuumed before finally calling him. He worked very hard and used different tools and finally some chemicals.Thankfully it’s back to normal. I can finally be at peace! Real professional cleaning. Carpet looked fresh, House felt clean and smelled fresh after they were done, quick service and competitive pricing. It’s the kind of equipment that actually cleans deep into the carpet not just surface level. I would recommend them highly and will definitely be using them as my only carpet cleaners going forward.
Carlos is communicative, punctual, friendly, and easy to talk to. I find the price reasonable for this expensive area in Santa Clara, I have a small apartment so he finished 300 ft.² of carpet cleaning in one hour. I highly recommend Carlos service.!
