Great service and flexible. Carlos was very responsive and flexible with pickup and drop off of our area rug. We had fleas and the chemical residue from the treatment stuck in the rug and was giving our daughter a rash. The cleaning 100% fixed the issue at a very reasonable cost. Thank you!
