I recently had my carpets cleaned. Tracy came out and did a great job making the carpets look fresh and spotless. The pet urine stain I needed cleaned is completely gone, and the carpets smell much better now. The cleaning left a fresh scent that faded nicely after a day. I paid a bit extra for the pet treatment, but it was worth it because the carpets look and smell so clean. Overall, I’m really happy with how everything turned out!

from the moment i called and spoke to the person at professional carpet cleaning, she was so friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. the cleaners, tracy and brayden, showed up on time and were very professional. my carpet had some tough dye stains, so those didn't completely come out, but the carpet now smells much fresher, especially since i had pets before. i'm really happy with how clean everything looks and feels. i highly recommend this service and will tell my friends about it!

I’ve had carpet cleaners come out to two different homes in East Orange several times. With nine kids and a dog, our carpets really take a beating. In the past, when other companies cleaned the carpets, I would get worried when the kids ran back onto the damp floors because it seemed like all the dirt from their feet would just go right back into the carpet. I had a lot of questions about getting my carpets cleaned, and all of them were answered clearly. At first, I was a little unsure when I saw a young man, Brayden, helping out with the carpet cleaning. We have used this carpet cleaning service for years. Unlike the big companies, they always give you excellent results for the price they quote up front. Other places often try to add on extra charges, but this team is honest and straightforward. Tracy and the crew came out and even cleaned a small closet area at no extra cost while they were already working on the rest of the carpets. The service is much better than what you get from the big names, and definitely better than trying to clean carpets on my own!
