Brayden is truly exceptional! He has done an amazing job scrubbing my grandmother's carpet which hadn't been cleaned in a long time. He managed to revive it! Brayden efficiently removed all pet stains and was kind enough to walk me through the entire cleaning process. I really value his explanations on how some pet stains can bleach the carpet, but Professional Carpet Cleaning will still disinfect and deodorize those bleached areas. I debated really hard about posting this review because I really don't like being THAT GUY, but I feel others deserve a warning. I had my rug picked up to be cleaned because it smelled of cat piss and home remedies weren't cutting it. They told me it needed to be soaked in a tank, so it had to be sent away to a special facility. Great, no problem, I'm happy to wait for good results.
