I have no idea how they have that many 5 star reviews. My 81 year old mother was definitely swindled. She hired them to clean her carpet and after the fact the carpet felt sticky to walk on. She thought maybe too much soap so she used her non commercial carpet cleaner to rinse it to try and remove the sticky. When she did the water that was removed looked like day old coffee. Jeff and his crew always do a great job with going above and beyond to make sure they get any stains out of the carpet and having them look fresh and clean
We have used this company for over 20 years. I was highly disappointed that basic stains were not given the attention they needed and the carpet doesn’t even look much cleaner. It was only 2 small areas that are not high traffic. There are only 2 of us living here. The service man had to be provided a mask by us when he reported he was unvaccinated.
