They did a beautiful job cleaning the house carpeting; however, they did not call to let us know about a long delay arriving. That is all that keeps them from earning five stars.
Never been happier to leave a 5-star rating even after unfortunately the stain wouldn’t come up. They were very punctual, super quick, super personable and professional. They were able to come out super quickly and even graciously gave us a discount after being unable to remove the stains, not from lack of trying for sure. I would have given them 5 stars even without extending that discount. Would highly recommend and they have definitely gained a repeat customer.
They did a wonderful job cleaning my couches and chair. They look fantastic and brand new! Very pleased. Professional Carpet Care did my carpets in the spring too. Very pleased with that as well. Technicians were prompt, courteous and very professional. They took their time and did an excellent job. Highly recommend the company!
