Dealt with them for our company. The owner is extremely rude and stated they don't care small fish and they are already busy enough. Booked a truck for transportation. The truck was dead and not able to start in their yard after they DROVE it. Sent emails and left voice messages almost every week to ask updates but no responds, even offered them to transport as a non-runner with extra cost because we just wanted it back. I am using this space to express my gratitude to Nick and his team. The customer care was wonderful. They assisted me in shipping my brand-new 2025 RAV4 and one other vehicle from Vaughn to Edmonton. Initially, I was concerned about the RAV4, but Nick kept me informed, answered my calls, and ensured the vehicles arrived on the agreed-upon dates in good condition. I would use them again and recommend them to others.
