I was very excited to get the Compustar T13 system installed with professional car audio and had a full conversation about making this happen. When it came time to give me a quote they quit messaging me. Kept leaving me on read and ignored me when I asked them about it. I was excited for this and wasted my time even contacting them.
The guy I spoke to was polite. However I never received a call back with an estimate. If I am going to take the time to come down to the shop and talk in person, at least call me back with an estimate. EDIT : I never received a text, and still haven't received a call. Scheduled an install with another shop.

We had an issue that was kind of strange that we weren't able to figure out with a Android screen (DMP) I'm not sure if it fried or what but I was kind of frustrated thinking I was going to have to pay you know for an hour or two of work but ultimately he was kind and didn't charge me and I just have to say you know that kind of business is the type of stuff that goes a long way and customers appreciate that and you know my mom always says " Word of Mouth can either make or break a business" and I just appreciate him not cha... read more
