Unfortunately my experience of PBS has been not a positive experience. I have purchased two Dermalux Tri Wave MD devices from them as well as the Pollogen Oxygeno device in the past 5 years. The service was exceptional to begin with when I bought my first LED. Really engaging, interactive, supportive. Since I bought my most recent one 2.5 years ago, the support has been minimal.
