My parents had come up for the weekend and when they went to leave their truck sounded quite terrible. Professional Automotive was recommended by a friend and I gave them a call to inquire about getting the truck looked at. Travis was extremely competent, honest, and willing to be upfront about how long it might take to get the vehicle looked at. Professional, knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. Great service.
I unfortunately had a very hard time finding the place, but once I did I was so glad that I did. They still took me even though I was a half hour late. They were very friendly and very fast and thuroll. He explained to me what was wrong and fixed my light for me even though that wasn't apart of the estimate I had said. I was very appreciative of their service. They also didn't charge me for the estimate. I will definitely be making them my go to place when I need my car worked on.
