I made an appointment 2 times. the 1st appoinment they said I didn't have one, so I rescheduled. When I got to the 2nd appointment at the address on their website,and rang the door, through the doorbell and said I have an appointment. He said I must have the wrong place. Then I called the number on their site and a different guy answered. He asked me the name of who told me that. Then he said a name, followed by, let me call them and I'll call you right back.
