Let me start out with what I had done and what I paid. I paid 205 with taxes and they had my van for 6 hours. I only had the interior done. My carpets were extremely bad! So I paid extra for the excessive dirt and pet hair. The good: Everyone here was extremely nice. They did an amazing on my carpets. My carpets looked brand new. The bad: while my carpets looked great the rest of it was really disappointing. Very expensive and did a bad job. Left windows half done. On the inside seats were not cleaned. One side of car was done nice the other had water spots and places that were not even done. I called they offered to redo but how inconvenient for me to find four hours to leave it again

Wife paid $325 to have the van detailed (it was admittedly very dirty) and specifically asked that the headliner would be cleaned. Despite saying it would be cleaned, it was not. In addition to not cleaning the headliner, many other areas were missed as well. I think they must have spent the whole time cleaning the carpet (which looks much better), but they missed so many things that were obvious and should not have been overlooked (I assume they ran out of time - allegedly 5 hours).
