Absolutely amazing!! I called ahead to see if he was able to help me. It was pretty late around 7:45pm and I made it around 8:20pm took him less than 10 mins and was a super great price. So much stress taken away. I will continue coming here!
I highly recommend this mechanic shop. The owner and mechanic, Edwin, is very knowledgeable and took the time to calmly and patiently explain what needed to be repaired. I truly appreciated his honest advice and clear communication. I recommend calling ahead to confirm the address, as he is currently operating from a new location. We can’t recommend Edwin @ professional Auto care enough! As two girls who know pretty much nothing about cars, it can feel intimidating going to a mechanic. But he always takes the time to explain exactly what’s going on with our car, why it’s not working the way it should, and even how the parts work. The what I'm assuming the shop owner is an idiot, I brought my vehicle in for a pre-sale inspection and tried telling me I needed brakes on my vehicle a week after installing brakes on my vehicle.if you don't know anything about vehicles don't bring your vehicle to him, for I am certain he will take advantage of you.
Edwen did a fantastic job with our car service. He got the vehicle in around 7:30 PM and went above and beyond to diagnose and fix the issue. He was thorough, professional, and stayed late to make sure everything was taken care of properly. Great service and dedication—highly recommend!
