I moved here from the old location to stay with Molly. Great service, attention to detail and a sense that they genuinely care about their clients.
It does upset me to leave a one star review, because the reception staff I dealt with recently were lovely, but my other interactions were just not welcoming at all and just made me feel totally disregarded as a client. I went in for a hearing test and when i got there the atmosphere was just very unwelcoming, the dr that I had seemed fairly distant and everything felt somewhat rushed. I'm really disappointed after my son has been let go as a client, without any warning. I have been bringing my son to this clinic and have received wonderful care and then today, I was informed on the day of his appointment, that they no longer accept children and that decision was made earlier in the year. I'm upset that no one bothered to call with recommendations for other clinics, after my son has been a client for more than two years.
