Stole $1,600 from me. The item I "purchased" was a speaker and an amp, but after about 4 weeks they finally called me back and said I'd have to purchase the amp separately. They agreed to send back what I paid for the speaker but they never sent the money back and won't answer my calls. Absolutely avoid this company.
I really hate leaving reviews like this, but this is the worst communication and “service” I have ever received from a company that’s holding a couple grand of your money and has not shipped or given any updates about the product purchased. I don't think I've ever written a Google review but compelled to in this case. I ordered a mic stand that I needed for a project a week ago. I contacted customer service multiple times to get an update on shipping and could not get a response. Finally I called today and was told that they made an error on their website and they had to charge me more than DOUBLE the price or cancel my order. Leave aside that this is illegal, proper customer service would have replied and caught this immediately so if the order had to be cance... read more
