I really hate leaving reviews like this, but this is the worst communication and “service” I have ever received from a company that’s holding a couple grand of your money and has not shipped or given any updates about the product purchased. After several phone calls and emails inquiring about an order status, I have received absolutely zero communication and have not received what I ordered or any updates on any kind of expected ETA. I don't think I've ever written a Google review but compelled to in this case. I ordered a mic stand that I needed for a project a week ago. I contacted customer service multiple times to get an update on shipping and could not get a response. Finally I called today and was told that they made an error on their website and they had to charge me more than DOUBLE the price or cancel my order. Leave aside that this is illegal, proper customer service would have replied and caught this immediately so if the order had to be cance... read more
