I don't think I've ever written a Google review but compelled to in this case. I ordered a mic stand that I needed for a project a week ago. I contacted customer service multiple times to get an update on shipping and could not get a response. Finally I called today and was told that they made an error on their website and they had to charge me more than DOUBLE the price or cancel my order. Leave aside that this is illegal, proper customer service would have replied and caught this immediately so if the order had to be cance... read more
