Had a horrible time getting a microwave installed from these folks. They will agree to any schedule weeks ahead of time and then call you the morning of the install and cancel or change the time. They did this to me twice, since the first time they showed up with a broken microwave. It took three weeks to schedule the second appointment and they called the same day and tried to reschedule it again. All employees I talked to were extremely unhelpful.
