William B came out 3 times in 2 weeks due to our dishwasher and then our dryer breaking. He arrived within the scheduled time frame, was very polite, and was in and out. We will definitely be using Professional Appliance Repair again! Thank you!
After the technician diagnosis, I was told that the issue is the sensor, that is why I have ice build up. However, I decided to turn off the fridge for 24 hours and turned it back on, it worked great. I have called and asked them to cancel the ordered parts because the fridge is working and I don’t need anymore service. they said that they can’t cancel it. So, the lesson is that they just wanted to take advantage and make money. It was a total rip off. I will never work with them and I will never recommend them.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I called this company to fix my oven, and they completely misdiagnosed the issue. They claimed the heating element needed to be replaced, charged me $100 for the diagnosis, then another $250 to install a new element. After spending $350, my oven still didn't work. When they came back out, they suddenly decided the real issue was the motherboard—something they failed to check the first time. Now they want another $300 to fix their own mistake! The technicians came out on the schedule date. Three technicians came out for this job. Each one was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about what they were doing. Had my refrigerator working in less than an hour. Cleaned up after repairs. I would definitely recommend this company for any refrigerator repairs. This is the go to company, not cheap, but gets the job done. Refrigerator back in action, cooling like it should. A very professional company.
