Called and kept getting a busy tone. They text me back saying sorry for the wait I’ll call you back in 5 minutes. 2 days later never got a call back. If you don’t pick up your phones cool, but don’t go out of your way to text and LIE to me. It just makes your business seem that much worse. Too Busy for my business? Thank you, next.

Friendly, skilled and fast! My oven broke the day before a dinner party I was having and I thought I was going to have to cancel. Carlos came that same day and was a great help! He calmed my nerves of letting me know the problem and that he could fix my oven and did so THE SAME DAY! :) Had a great dinner party thanks to Carlos. Hope it doesn't break again, but I know who I am calling if it does. :)

Same day repair, efficient, and were helpful with working around my schedule. My refrigerator died and I was so worried I would lose my food. They got it fixed quickly and I was very happy with their service.

Do not use this company! The technician they sent was incompetent and failed to run even the most basic diagnostic steps. After multiple visits with the same non-result, they promised a different technician would come out. Nobody showed up. We gave them multiple additional chances and each time we would take the day off work to meet the repair person and nobody would show up. So happy to share the positive experience I had with Fixt! Robin was super friendly and helpful on the phone and the technician arrived quickly to fix my broken ice maker. Glad to have this gotten done nice and quick! I recommend their services.
