All employees are female except one guy thrown in time to time. No foot traffic coming in the office so the atmosphere was nice and relaxed. This is an answering service with offices in a few states and hundreds of clients. Many processes need to be redone. The owner owns a few businesses and only comes every few months. Great customer service as long as they are correctly staffed.
