I cancelled my promotion on HBO/MAX about one week ahead of my due date of the 28th, I have my confirmation number, but they NOT cancelled the order and now have to pay the charges for these channels, so next month I get my credit!!! Why??? I did what I had to do, why? I have to paid for what they are supposed to do! No good service...at all.
My husband and I agreed to switch to UVerse over a week ago. We have heard from NO ONE. Your poor customer service was why I cancelled my mobile phone service after 11 years. Was a fool to give you a 2nd chance!
This company is nothing but an inconvenience and a pain! This store alone has screwed me into a 400 dollar phone bill and I was lied to! Telling me all these great things, it seemed to good to be true, and as always, it was! I am buying my contract out and not only will I NEVER do business with this company again, but I will also never recommend this company to anyone! !!!!!!
