I’ve had a concerning experience with my business tax filing through this office. Several key deductions for my business were missing—including outstanding debt carryovers and expenses related to a new property purchase, such as closing costs and origination points. Despite calling several times over the last 3 months during and after tax season I wasn’t able to get a dedicated time to go over these issues or my questions.
