Aggressive and rushed service No straight fake nails available, only the curly shape.
They neither push back nor trim the cuticles, and their method for doing French tips doesn't fully cover the nails — the sides of the nails aren't connected to the French design. Some of my nails were even left with a flat, unfinished nail bed.
Literally the worst experience ever. I went here the day before my prom. Charged me like 150 dollars because I had an intricate design. This was literally my first time getting my nails done and I hated it. The lady doing my nails gaslit me into thinking she did a good job even though she didn’t. I had a very disappointing experience getting my nail extensions done here. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout my visit. I especially remember the girl who did my nails — her name was Mary. She was not friendly at all, barely spoke a word, and made the entire experience uncomfortable. The overall vibe in the salon felt rushed and careless. I definitely won’t be coming back and would not recommend this place to anyone looking for good customer service. Very bad experience while visit there .
Normally this is a pretty good salon. Today right now as I write this : the lady asked if the water was ok . I said actually it’s cool . I like hot . She rolled her eyes started talking in her language obviously annoyed that I should prefer warmer water . Seriously. Then it wasn’t even warm . If I wasn’t pressed for time I would ask for someone else . Her tip will reflect my satisfaction.
