I recently visited Proffesonail for a pedicure and unfortunately left feeling very disappointed with both the service and overall atmosphere. I attended with my baby in a pram and politely asked if I could be seated somewhere with enough space to comfortably tend to my child, especially as there were available areas that appeared suitable. Instead of any attempt to accommodate or assist, I was asked if I could leave the pram on the other side of the room, which felt incredibly dismissive and uncomfortable as a mother.
