New name Gilded Nails I would give 0 stars if possible. I showed staff exactly what I wanted and confirmed 3 times the price. I also had my mother and daughter who we also confirmed prices before starting. When we had finished, we were overcharged $65. When I questioned the amount, the manager very aggressively demanded the money even though it was their mistake. I do not recommend them at all, or get the price in writing before starting
Very disappointed, staff very rude and unfriendly. Made appointment day ahead to be asked to come back in 45 minutes. Kim was far from pleasant she did not make an acceptable job of my nails I kept mentioning this wasnt how I normally have my nails done etc I asked if she was in a hurry, she replied “yes” I said to her I thought so because I feel you are rushing, no response or improvement, then charged me $86 dollars when I had been quoted $75 I will not return and will continue to advise against the nail salon and its rude... read more

They think of every customer as just purely money and business. No customer service at all. They are just so rude and take advantage of everyone
