I don’t usually write negative reviews or reviews in general, but my experience today was incredibly disappointing and disrespectful. I came in for a manicure and pedicure, and the woman who served me was extremely rude from the start. When I asked the owner about the price difference between shellac and gel, I was surprised by the price gap and decided to stick with shellac, which is what I usually get. Very accommodating, and they delivered. Despite the fact that it was one of their busiest times for holidays, walking in and immediately they had me seated . Not long after, nail tech attended to me told her square shaped white polish , spa pedi. To my surprise, nail techs were very thorough, gave a very good foot and calf massage, scrub and exfoliation. Great experience and happy with their work. Definitely my go to local nail salon
Avoid! Avoid & Avoid. Extremely rude, very dirty place. Their work standard is TERRIBLE!
when i walked in i was alittle scared because of the reviews but it over all wasn’t bad besides so miss communication with the nail tech it was all fine but when it can to fixing it up and doing what i originally asked for she said she ask if i want just white or french tips but she never did on top of the after then put the tips on and started applying the acrylic only then did she ask the shape and i said square and she had to take the tips off i think she told one of the other nail techs cause that lady then told her clie... read more
