Around 4pm I took my 2 year old daughter to this store, to get her nails done for the first time. I explained to the manager that it was her first time and I wasn’t sure how this was going to go, but if she won’t sit still, that’s ok, it’s just for the experience. Turns out she loved it, sat still and the lady that came to do her nails was fast and professional. 2 mins and all done. Quality is not always consistent. Customer service is terrible, especially on weekdays in the afternoon. Staff don't care if you are waiting. They give you incorrect wait times and put people ahead of you. Only go if you are desperate, there are many better places to get nails done.
The lady who did my manicure was very rude
The lady that served me was excellent and a credit to your business. She did a great job and made me feel valued as a customer.
Always quick to receive service here and pricing reasonable. Shame you got rid of complimentary coffee and don’t supply certified organic nail polish.
