Took my daughter here today to have her full set of acrylic nails removed (they were only done on Friday somewhere else). There was nothing wrong with the nails, she simply decided she didn’t like having acrylics. Flower is the only nice staff member in the whole place. I’ve been going to this salon for years because it’s close to home, but unfortunately my family and I have had many negative experiences over time. Every visit feels unpredictable. I visited the salon this Sunday for a manicure with gel colour and asked for the same style I usually get, just in a different colour. I was informed there would be an extra $5 charge for each additional service, which I agreed to. The technician, Kim, was initially friendly, and I clearly explained the look I wanted.
