I got a pedicure today and got a chemical burn on 3 of my toes from the products used. No discount given; just told my skin is sensitive, and it will heal. I have 3 blister open sores and the pedicure looks bad because of this. Always come here to get my nails done. Their retention and designs are great. However, don’t even bother booking an appointment. They’ll make you wait 15–30 minutes to finish with their current client, which ends up rushing that client’s nails and making the outcome look sloppy. I definitely wouldn’t want that to be me. The nails eat every time, just not their time management.

Never going here again. Took 2 other people to the salon and this was the result for one of them. We were told it was an ingrown toenail and within 2 days the site was infected.
