I’d done the nails from here yesterday and I showed the picture to the lady that I wanted u to get it done exactly the same design which was Cat eye but I was totally upset coz she just painted my nails with sparkling one and charged me 85$ which is totally worthless. I’ve shared the pictures below.
I appreciate ProfessioNAIL’s response to my feedback (via email) yet ProfessioNAIL will never have an opportunity to restore my confidence in them. I use to be fine with ProfessioNAIL’s services, however, I will never choose to attend any of their locations/nail salons. had an excellent experience with Mia. She’s highly professional, attentive to detail, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the session.
