They have very talented staff and they all work together to make sure they are able to do the design requested. Sometimes when they are busy it can feel a bit rushed but the techs are always happy to make changes if you’re not entirely happy with the outcome.. I’ve made the mistake of going to a different salon because they were busy and ended up disappointed and then back NaiLux Figtree to fix my nails. Thanks
I was a regular customer here at professional nails in figtree grove, until I received aggressive encounter with the who I believe is the manager of the shop. She tried ripping me off and was aggressively handling my feet during pedicure. I went last week to receive and new full set of acrylic and pedicure.
