Excellent service and great customer satisfaction
Went to get acrylic nails and the nails itself are sticking upwards, as they are not meant to. They told us to never come back because we asked for them to fix the nail (not to get money back). As this was happening, all the technicians start to laugh and talk with aggression in their tone of voice. If you want the nails you WANT, and if u want to go somewhere that offers a safe n comfortable zone where you wont be laughed at or made fun of for having concerns about ur nails, do not go !!!!
rude workers, you got them laughing at you and talking shit in their language. if u don’t want to get terrible nails that are $80 for short length, no design, going upwards, don’t go !
I would never return to this store.As the girl that was looking after me.Was too busy play on her phone. And not paying attention. I was just left sitting there. As she walked away to continue on her phone.My nails were not finished the service was disgusting. If I played on my phone while looking after a customer I would be sacked
Had the first nails in store previously but told this time it would be extra $10 for long nails infill. As an old nail tec that use to only use files and not drills, I would have never thought to charge extra $10 for infills for long nails considering you only reshape and infill (no extra product!) But the rude tec thought it was less work to aggressively completely drill down and misshape my nails so I didn’t have to pay $10 extra instead of a basic file tidy and infill.
