Stay away! I had an extremely negative experience there recently, and even a month later I’m still shocked by what happened. I usually see a nail technician named Thai, who is fantastic. In the past, I’ve had issues with other, less experienced staff, including getting an ingrown toenail, so I prefer to book with her. I had a very bad experience there and, a month later, I’m still affected by it. I usually see a nail technician named Thai, she is amazing , and because I’ve had issues with other, less experienced staff, including getting an ingrown toenail. Just getting a manicure waiting with acetone foils in for 30 mins so far . Lady came after for eyebrows got in straight away
Attended this salon 2 weeks ago for a manicure with shellac was charged $35, had a great experience attended today (2weeks later) for another shellac manicure I chose the same colour as last time, the lady who did my manicure this time was rough and at time of payment spoke to her other colleague in their language then Proceeded to tell me the cost was $40 No where advertised in the salon was there anything regarding increased pricing at all Not happy with this service this time unfortunately.
