It wasn't the rushed environment. It wasn't the poor English that's hard to understand (I'm generally fine with that, but being talked at louder and more aggressively doesn't help). It wasn't that she didn't do a great job (uneven, rough acrylics, toe nails cut too short in pedicure, no cuticle care etc). Absolutely disgusting used unhygienic stuff. The lady was rude. Was nothing that I asked for and they charged me a ridiculous amount. This is meant to be long stiletto with a small thin crunch tip and apparently my fingers are bent

Lovely staff but quite expensive, always rushed, pedis are always rushed through not really relaxing.

Have had plenty of pedicures in last 5 years, first time here, never again. First time I have ever felt pain, during a Pedi. Then colour is not what I wanted. When she was done I went to put my shoes on, but nails felt takky so I hesitated, she said its ok put shoes on. The colour is dull, not sparkly, and some polish has already come off. Lady was rude also.

I understand this is a nail place but I would give 0 stars if I could. This nail place is not only unhygienic but it's really really unclean and not a well kept maintained environment. I was sitting waiting for my freind, the chairs were disgusting with nail dust and muck all over, there were chunks of nails on the floor...it literally made me gag that I walked out and had to wait on chairs near kmart. Honestly the most uncleanest nail place. Get your act together. Not coming back here again
