The staff are friendly, the salon is clean, and it is in a convenient location. However, what impressed me the most is the amazing results. Best and most natural looking set I have had in years.
Went there a week ago. They cut 4/10 of my cuticles and made me bleed. I’ve also filed the colour back and found that they didn’t wait for the colour to cure before applying the next coat. I offered feedback to them regarding making my fingers bleed and they just said ok and held out the eft machine.
Had both my grand daughters finger nails painted today. Both the girls polish came off in the bath tonight. Paid $15 each. Not happy. Not recommended.
Had one of the worst pedicures ever here this morning! There are other salons in Grand Central which I went to first, but they were so busy I thought I would try here as it wasn’t - now I know why. The end result is awful - cuticle skin not trimmed, polish not applied evenly. During the service I physically recoiled a number of times due to discomfort - no apology or enquiry as to why.
