I would score a 0 if I could. The lady doing my pedicure was extremely rough and grated my heel like it was a lump of wood and it bled everywhere. There was no apology for the owner who was present and a statement stating 'oh it happens '. It was painful and did not heal for weeks. The other lady next to me complained her lady was rough, and eyes rolled from the other staff hushed her. Do your self a favour and go somewhere else.
