Disguised in the service I received on 29th March 2025. The lady who did my service did not listen to me and has cut into my nail so much and pulled out my nail (it wasn't ingrown) I now have an infected toe! I am very unhappy with your service and will be in to see your manager. Avoid at all cost!

I took my 91 year old mum in for a pedicure and the ladies were so kind and gentle with her. She enjoyed her pedicure so much and the 'lovely' foot massage, she will visit Profession Nail Browns Plains again. Thank you for your wonderful service.
