I got my nails done on Sunday, and within just a few days they started chipping. For the time and money spent, I expected much better. It was really disappointing and honestly a frustrating experience. As well poor customer service, they were busy talking to eachother rather than focusing on the customer.

Very disappointing SNS removal…. My aunty went to the outlet near Columbus Coffee to get old SNS nails removed. There was no soaking or filing off of the old polish just straight scraping and ripping it off with some tool and clippers. This was painful and has left her with broken, chipped nails. She mentioned to the technician that it was painful but she continued….

Went into the shop on December the 9th for my birthday nails. They charged me $90 for French tips and then while I was getting my nails done — the manager told my friends they could get both of their nails done for $50 each, after I just paid $90. Then woman doing my nails cut my skin with the drill. My nails are chipped and look awful and it’s only December the 27th.
