I’ve never felt the need to review anything until now… Staff were nice and polite as they could be, but unfortunately I left with a very painful experience.The lady cut me enough to bleed on my pinky and it was very painful, then again on another nail but did apologise... Understandably it’s hard to get it 100% every time but I ended up going against what I initially really wanted just so I could leave asap as I was in pain. I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this nail salon. From the moment I walked in, the staff was dismissive and rude. It was clear they were treating me differently compared to other customers, which felt unprofessional and outright discriminatory. Instead of welcoming me, they made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Their rude remarks and condescending attitude ruined what should have been a relaxing experience. with all due respect, the professionalism wasnt great for my first time here. dont get me wrong i love the nails i left the salon with, but, from the minute i walked in i got stares from all of the staff and as i was sat getting my nails done at one point the lady doing my nails is having s conversation with another employee in another language and proceeds to grab and point at my toes and are very clearly laughing at them. i hear this often in these nail salons and think its a little unprofessional. the service otherwise wa... read more
