I’ve been coming here for a while and have never had any issues, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I had a 9:30 AM appointment for a fill and ended up sitting until 9:45 without being serviced or acknowledged about the delay. Had such a good experience here! Have been trying to find a good nail salon for a while now. I booked my appointment online the same day and got in with my nail tech right away. The last place I went did not do a good job and applied my acrylics very unevenly and did not shape my nails to the shape I wanted. Lee was able to smooth everything out and fill perfectly.
