Absolutely useless. Been paying for a service on a monthly basis to find out they haven't been most of what they charge for. My pool was green and they had no urgency to attend, kept telling me everything was fine. Got another company in to find the cartridge filter was clogged and had not been cleaned...good one guys what was I paying you for. Photo attached. They are now calling themselves Swimart Bli Bli so avoid like the plague

Great service with quick response, best experience we’ve had from a pool shop. Have since had them out to service our pool and remedy a problem with our filtration system, which was also great value for money
