Don't know about the 1 star ...but my experiences with rick and his crew have always been top notch. If I ever have questions he walks me through everything have bought the products for three trucks through him definitely worth the money versus the Chinese crap.
Horrible experience, parts don’t fit right, egr delete pipe is at the wrong angle, can’t get a bolt in one of the uppipe holes because the pipe wasn’t welded to the plate correctly so you have to modify the bolt, got a few emails of him telling me to return it as it was already in the truck and isn’t as simple as just ‘returning it’, these are not high quality parts, with high quality part prices. Would rate 0/5 stars if I could. Should’ve just stayed hsp or wherli.
