Professor William Chan has been my cardiologist for years now and he is, for me, the most thorough, pleasant and easy to talk to I have ever had. He listens, and being a busy man still gives you time to say what you need to say while keeping his schedule. I'm 89 and have had heart valve replacements and assorted heart issues since I was in my late thirties. His humanity and understanding is obvious. ............Tanya.
