I ordered a dress for my daughter from SHEIN for family pictures. When the dress came in, it was too big. I took my daughter’s dress here and the guy was able to alter my daughter’s dress. He did an excellent job… Thank you for saving our family pictures.
He saved the day! My daughter’s dress was too tight just days before her party, and he fixed it perfectly. The added material matched so well you couldn’t tell it was altered, and the zipper made it much easier to put on. Highly recommend!
Took my prom dresses there the last 2 years messed them up both times. Last year made the strap on one side to tight that it popped before I made it to prom. This year I ask him to make the top more round and he kept it triangles. And he had to move the padding instead of putting it back he made it where it was stretching from the top of the top to where my stomach is. I brought in two dresses and a pair of jeans which were all done on time with quality work. I’ll definitely go back for future alterations!
This review would have been better than 3 stars up until pick up. The alteration process and ordering were great. The experience went downhill when we went to pick up my son's suit and shoes (package deal), and the shoes were not there. I was told there was no refund, but my son did not have shoes for his prom. To this day, I still don't have shoes, and they kept the portion of the payment for the shoes. I think it's very unfair to know an event of this magnitude and not be willing to consider the customer.
