I wouldn’t even give one star! This company installed the sprinkler systems in the new build we just bought 3 months ago. They are horrible! The sprinkler leak and for 2 months no one answers the phone nor get back with you after leaving multiple messages!
There’s a reason these guys work for builders mostly. Their customer service is absolutely trash and they can’t properly quote a job after multiple attempts. They also refuse to do anything to fix their mistakes except continue to charge you. Go with them if you enjoy a headache.
Not going to waste my time going into details. Use this company at your own risk. If I could leave negative stars I would.
This company installed the sprinkler system for the builder that built our house. I called our warranty company within the first year to have the sprinklers fixed. The lines are not even buried. The house isn’t even 2 years old and now there is a leak over where the lines are above the ground. The other sprinklers heads aren’t positioned correctly and water gets wasted every time they run.
