When paying for a service you expect the mechanic to follow service intervals. Failure to repack wheel bearings at 20,000km intervals, had the car in their workshop 4 times in the last 10 months and spend over $10k. More interested in finding excuses than owning up to the mistake. Blames customer after almost losing front wheel on freeway. Excellent service, sent an online inquiry through their website for a tune, exhaust, 60k service, catch can and chemical engine clean.They contacted me within 24hrs requesting additional info and then provided a quote. Took the car in which they were flexible with the drop off the day before due to my early work start time. Messaged me the following day with an update and informed me that I needed a new battery which was fair as it was 4 years old. After taking my old XC to Brad and the team at prodyno I figured out pretty quick that she was in the right hands. Brads passion and knowledge was clear to see and had him working on the car like it was his own, picking up on things others would have missed.
