Not getting massage therapy during the pandemic highlighted the difference in the before and after. This is not a soft, gentle crummy massage like you'd get at a chain. This is the real deal. For me this is as beneficial as physical therapy. Jeff helps my arthritic hips stay flexible and keeps my pains at bay. I also find benefits from his cupping. I highly recommend him.
