We purchased a top of the line pool from Watson’s here in St. Louis….poor service there aside, the pool only lasted 5 years, less if I hadn’t been told it was “cosmetic”. PLUS, we are left w a safety hazard in back yard until next spring when the new wall is available. Also, DO NOT burry your pool at all! They’ll cover the wall but as soon as you drain the pool it will collapse on itself. Do your research and choose a better brand.

Customer service is very difficult to work with. First in calling in for guidance, the person I spoke with was very guarded in giving clear help as if I was out to get the company. Then after finally follow their process, they gave no notification and just shipped stuff while we were away. When I asked if things could just be left without signature I was told no, it's company policy. Funny enough, on FedEx's third attempt, they didn't even knock on the door and the package was ultimately left on the doorstep without signatur... read more
