They shipped the wrong product and would not return shipping cost. HORRIBLE customer service,I have called and sent emails but no response,even during the transaction it was very difficult to communicate with them and truly only went with Products Direct because they stated they had our existing flooring (with make, model and serial numbers provided,along with product code) but they shipped the wrong product. shipping was close to $400.00. Actually, we did ship the right floor. Your requirements specified the SKU and Product Name. We meet those requirements. You did not inform us that the floor you were trying to match up to those attributes was older than 7 years. This was not revealed until after it arrived at your location. We shared the cost of the return shipping. The absence of disclosure of product age is vital and the relevant fact missing in your review.
