I booked a massage with Alicia knowing I had a ~14 hour car ride over the previous two days and my muscle issues would leave me sore and tired, but also because, looking at her website, I hoped she would be able to really target some of the particular muscle issues that have been giving me trouble. If you are looking for a fancy spa experience, head downtown. If you are looking for someone with the hands of a goddess who can give relief to an aching body, Alicia is it. She does an extensive intake, listens to concerns, and gets to the root cause of any issues. You can tell during the session that she is truly evaluating your body and responding with what it needs, vs. simply going through the motions.

I had a spinal fusion (L4/L5) almost 4 months ago. In general, my recovery has been good, but I am experiencing nerve pain and pain from scar tissue buildup in my lower abdomen and in my back on the side the incision is.
