I called 3x ...because all 3 times PTsolutions disconnected on me. Zack was literally challenged on a basic metal cutting bandsaw blade and just couldn't get it together!
Just dumb. Store closed, you have to call in and have an account in order for them to look up anything you might need. You go online to sign in and you need to HAVE an account number to REGISTER. No where in the website says anything about actually obtaining an ACCOUNT number in order to REGISTER in order to look for the part you need.
