I gave the store a 3. I ordered Shea Moisture strengthen Restore Shampoo Jamaican Black Castor Oil 13oz for $12.99 and was given Shea Moisture Cannabis Sativa Hemp Seed Oil for $11.99. The store called me about the braiding hair they didn’t have but didn’t mention the substitution for the shampoo. When I called to speak with the owner/manager she said her worker gave me the wrong product, apologized, and that I can dispute with DoorDash .
