Better options elsewhere, especially if you have to deal with employees such as John from accounting who has the worse customer service skills and attitude when he communicates.
Working with John is a nightmare. He’s a rude individual & is degrading when he speaks with anyone. We have multiple locations signed up with them & John has been a pain to work with anytime we’ve had to communicate with him. We’ve left checks for drivers to pick up after every order and drivers fail to take checks & then we are punished by no delivery because payment wasn’t received. John needs training from his management or better yet his last check for the attitude he gives to customers.
