We had sewage back up in our basement in March 2026 in Naperville.. A friend recommended this company and I read the reviews and hired Prodry. Within 48 hours they had cleaned up the basement of sewage. All the walls and baseboards had been removed along with toilet and sink. I dealt with Inessa, Galena, and Leanna. ProDry was recommended to me by my plumber after there was a water pipe that was found to be leaking upstairs. I contacted my insurance who told me about another water mitigation company. That company came out first to assess the damage after which ProDry came. It was clear after meeting Inessa from ProDry that I would go with them.
